Agreement
- Membership: I understand that membership grants me the benefits associated with my chosen tier as outlined on the VHREC website. Membership does not convey ownership or employment rights, except where explicitly stated (e.g., voting rights in applicable tiers).
- Code of Conduct: I will respect VHREC’s mission, staff, volunteers, and fellow members, and will conduct myself professionally in all interactions related to VHREC activities.
- Payment: I agree to pay the membership fee for my selected tier. A $5 processing fee will be added to cover card and administrative costs. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Privacy: VHREC will protect member information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Member information may be used for VHREC communications, newsletters, and engagement purposes.
- Termination: VHREC reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this agreement or conduct inconsistent with VHREC’s mission. Members may cancel their membership at any time; refunds are subject to VHREC policies.
Acknowledgment: By submitting this form and payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Membership Agreement.

Term of Membership
Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified. Memberships may be renewed annually.
Membership Benefits
Members receive the benefits associated with their chosen tier, as described on the VHREC website. This may include newsletters, event announcements, access to educational resources, webinars, networking opportunities, committee participation, and recognition.
Digital Membership Card
Upon joining, members will receive a digital membership card via email. This card serves as proof of membership and may be used to access member resources, events, and programs.
Fees and Payment
Membership fees are due at the time of registration. A $5 processing fee will be added to cover credit card and administrative costs. Membership fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
Code of Conduct
Members agree to act in a manner consistent with VHREC’s mission, values, and policies, respecting staff, volunteers, and other members. VHREC reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this code.
Use of Member Information
Member information will be used for VHREC communications, newsletters, and engagement purposes. VHREC will not share personal information without consent except as required by law.
Renewal and Expiration
Members will be notified prior to the expiration of their membership. Access to membership benefits will expire at the end of the membership term unless renewed.
Acknowledgment
By joining VHREC, members acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms.
